General Notes: Apparently the children of John and Elizabeth were given out to "foster homes" and were not treated very well. George and Mary were in Victoria Road - Sunderland until they were able to leave and walked from there to Lindsay to find work.
John married Elizabeth HINDES [5803] [MRIN: 3153]. Elizabeth was born in 1830 and died in 1905 at age 75.
