18. Ellsworth P COURTNAY [17500] (Frederick¹⁵, Joseph Henry², Henry¹) was born about 1867 in Ohio USA and died in 1911 in Lima Allen Co. Ohio USA about age 44. The cause of his death was Industrial Accident.

General Notes: In an email, dated December 12, 2003, Sally [Courtenay] Hazzard said:-
Ellsworth Courtney died 1911 at the Lima Locomotive Works when a grinding wheel exploded and hit him.

Ellsworth married Phoebe Orpha SMITH [17501] [MRIN: 7091], daughter of Jacob SMITH [17529] and Emily GRACEY [17530], 29 Dec 1890. Phoebe was born about 1860 in Bluffton Wells Co Indiana USA.

   24 F    iv. Bernadine COURTNAY [17526] was born in 1902.
